Why does my order take longer than a shop that ships from stock?
Each piece is made for you after you order it. Making on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, and the cost is a little time. You will get an email when it ships, with tracking.
How do I pick a size?
Every product page lists its sizes, from toddler 2T up to 3XL depending on the piece, and the colours where there is a choice. The product description says how the piece fits, for example regular fit, oversized or athletic cut.
What does shipping cost, and when does it arrive?
Enter your address at checkout and you will see each shipping option with its price and, where the carrier gives one, an estimated delivery window. Shipping is priced for your address by our print partner. The full detail is on the shipping and returns page.
Can I return or exchange something?
If a piece arrives damaged or misprinted, write to us with your order number and a photo and we will make it right. The rules for returns of made-to-order pieces are on the shipping and returns page.
How do I pay, and can I use a discount code?
Payment is taken on Stripe’s secure page, which shows the payment methods available for your device and country. If you have a discount code, there is a field for it on that page.
Where do you ship?
Checkout lists the countries we ship to today. If yours is not there, write to us and ask.
Where do the designs come from?
From the myths: Mjolnir, Odin’s ravens, the Valkyries, the Einherjar. The gods pages tell each story from the Poetic Edda and the Prose Edda, and the runes pages explain the letters you see in the artwork.
