Accessibility statement

Last updated October 25, 2026

We want everyone to be able to browse and buy here. The site is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

What we do

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring, and with a screen reader.
• Text and controls meet the contrast levels WCAG asks for.
• Product photos and illustrations have descriptions, and purely decorative art is hidden from screen readers.
• Reading the shop, the gods and the runes pages works with JavaScript turned off. The cart and checkout need it.

Motion

The site has a lot of motion: an aurora, drifting embers, runes that draw themselves, lightning, a turning hammer. If your device is set to reduce motion, all of it is turned off and each piece shows still, and the smooth scrolling is turned off with it. The hammer on the home page can still be turned by hand or with its buttons. Lightning flashes at most once every few seconds, well under the three flashes a second that WCAG allows.

Tell us about a problem
